✦ What is Tritan?
Tritan is a copolyester polymer that offers vibrant color, clarity, durability, and dishwasher safety—with no flavor transfer. It is considered by many to be “the world’s safest plastic” because it is not manufactured with bisphenol A (BPA) or other bisphenol compounds, such as bisphenol S (BPS).
Tritan is 8x the cost of regular plastics and 4x the cost of glass. In addition to being tough, impact-resistant, and heat-resistant, it has the clarity of glass but is much lighter.
These incredible qualities explain why so many international brands (such as Yeti and Nalgene) have incorporated Tritan into their products.

✦ What is 304 Stainless Steel?
304 Stainless Steel is food-grade stainless steel. It is BPA-free, BPS-free, and BPF-free. In addition to being chemical-free, food-grade stainless steel is non-reactive. That means it won’t leach harmful chemicals, and it’ll keep your drinks tasting good without any flavor transfer. 304 stainless steel is incredibly durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. Its non-porous surface naturally repels dirt, grime, and mold.

✦ What is Food-Grade Silicone?
Silicone is a polymer made from silica (sand). Silicone is incredibly durable, flexible, and easy to clean. Food-grade silicone is odorless, non-toxic, and non-hazardous in nature. Are all food-grade silicones made equal? No.

✦ What is LFGB silicone?
LFGB silicone, also known as platinum silicone, is a premium grade of silicone that has passed LFGB testing standards. There are mainly two standards of testing for food-grade silicone: one is LFGB, and the other is FDA. LFGB testing is much more comprehensive and strict. While LFGB and FDA silicones are both considered food-safe, silicone that has passed LFGB testing is of higher quality and therefore more expensive.
