Returns & Exchanges

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you were sent an incorrect or damaged item.

 

If you were sent an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us at support@heypobi.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help sort it out. Washed or used items will not qualify for an exchange. 

 

If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please refer to our warranty policy.
