Warranty Policy
We stand behind our brand and our commitment to quality products. We offer a 3-month warranty on all our products, starting from the purchase date. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to dropping or improper use. Please follow the cleaning and care instructions found in our FAQs to ensure the longevity of your items.
If you believe you have received a defective item, reach out to us at support@heypobi.com. Kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. Our customer care team will review the matter and inform you of the next steps.
Replacement Parts
As parents, we know… accidents happen! But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Replacement lids and straws may be purchased via our website.
Additionally, if you encounter any issues with the anti-slip pad on the bottom of your Pobi Cup, contact us at support@heypobi.com. We will replace the pad free of charge, regardless of when the cup was purchased (even if it is past the 3-month warranty period!). Any applicable shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
